Project Management

Effective overall project management needs to encompass the total process from the initial concept phase to the final design and construction phases with costings for each phase from feasibility costings to preliminary design costings and then final costings prior to construction. Professional project management involves the provision of a quality product on budget and on time.

SJE Consulting has particular expertise to provide overall project management services for land development projects and industrial/factory building projects. We have been processing these types of development for approximately 30 years.

Pedestrian Bridge House Creek Wodonga- SJE has designed numerous pedestrian and road bridges

SJE had design input into most of the bridges on the Wodonga to Tallangatta Rail Trail and recycled materials were used for many of the bridges.

SJE did the structural design for the Georgian Motel and the Rebel Outlet and supervised the structural work in the Aldi Complex
