Our Management Team consists of:

Ron has a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) and a Master of Engineering Science (Project Management) from the University of NSW. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Licensed Building Practitioner Engineer of Victoria.
Ron has worked in government, local government and civil contracting, however the bulk of his 40 years experience has been in consulting engineering and project management, having been involved in a diverse range of infrastructure and building projects.

Mark has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Victoria University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business, Personnel and Industrial Relations from the Phillip Institute of Technology.
He is also a Registered Professional Engineer and a Licensed Building Practitioner Engineer of Victoria and Queensland. Mark has approximately 14 years experience in the structural design of domestic, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.

Adam has a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental Engineering) from RMIT Melbourne and a Certificate lll in Business Excellence.
Adam has approximately 13 years experience in a broad range of national and international environmental projects including civil infrastructure projects, international World Bank sponsored energy developments, local government projects and programs covering natural resources, sustainability and economic development.

Jonathan has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from The University of Wollongong.
He has approximately 12 years experience in the design of land developments and water and sewerage infrastructure. He is also experienced at project and construction management.

Chadia Chahoud - Civil Engineering Manager, Epping Office
Chadia has 15 plus years of consulting experience in the areas of project management, design and construction and supervision of land development projects, including roads, drainage, water and sewerage.
Bernadette Kennedy - Administration Manager

Peter Lenaghan – Civil Design
Peter has a Diploma of Civil Engineering from the Gordon Institute of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Management from APESMA and Deakin University. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer.
Peter has worked in heavy industry, local government and consulting and he has approximately 40 years experience in a broad range of infrastructure and land development projects.
Rob Jones - Civil and Structural Design
Rob has a Diploma of Civil Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Licensed Building Practitioner Engineer of Victoria. A senior design engineer with more than 40 years experience, Rob has worked in government and local government. Most of Rob’s career has been in the consulting field. He has a great depth of experience in road and bridge design and the design of land developments.
Terry Doolan - Civil Construction
Terry has a Diploma of Civil Engineering from Swinburne Institute of Technology. Terry has more than 40 years of experience in road and infrastructure design and construction. He has worked in local government and was the manager of Oztek, Wodonga Council's business arm for construction and maintenance.
